Full Color (CMYK) Printing

Colorful cartons with full color printing in CMYK can help your carton get noticed in a busy store. We can print your cartons either on a digital machine for smaller quantities or multiple SKU’s or on a larger “offset” printing press for larger quantities. Print quality is identical – making your packaging look it’s best.

Pantone™ or Spot Color Printing

Pantone™ inks are the standard for exact color to represent your brand. Coca-Cola Red or Tiffany Blue, or Whole Foods Green are all example of the Pantone™ Ink System. We blend our inks onsite using a computer controlled ink mixing system. Just like with our label ink system – we save any special modifications for exact reprints.

Gloss or Matte Varnishes

Varnishes protect and enhance. We offer both industry standard AQ (water based) coatings as well as thicker UV based varnishes. Effects can even be combined for spot gloss effects that interact with emboss and deboss finishing techniques. Both have best uses and we can help you decide what is the right choice for your product packaging.

Hot Foil Stamping, Embossing and Debossing

These are all embellishments that can make your carton “pop” on the shelf. Foil stamping comes in many shades of silver, gold and other metallic effects. Embossing (raised) and Debossing (recessed) also can add texture and interest to your final design. Effects can even be combined as in spot gloss layering on top of an emboss. The sky is truly the limit!
